I mentioned earlier on in the week that Max has received some great books and magazines this week, and this one has got to be MY favourite!

Jack's Acrobatics
Jack's Acrobatics is a brilliant book aimed at 3 - 7 year olds to complete acrobatics at home with all the family.  The ethos behind the book is to get us physically playing with our children. Playing together does miracles to the development of children and to their relationship with their parents and boy have we had fun!!

The book is not just rolly pollys in your arms, the book works on concentration, strength, coordination, balance and collaboration which are explored through games and acrobatic movements.

So what did we think of it?  We loved it!  More importantly we have had such fun with this book.  I can't recommend it enough, and not because we were given it to review.  My son asks for the book when he gets home!  He reads through the instructions with me/daddy and he is happy to do all the exercises in the book.  Granted his favourite is running up the wall and being flicked over - but who wouldn't love that?

There is an array of exercises and we have only reached half way.  I did flick to the back and can't wait to try out the whole acrobatic scene with him.

Do you love physical play with your children? This is definitely a book for all the family.
