Thank you for... Such a great overview of the stages! Thank you for that! In our case (4 year old boy) the timing is a bit off. He first got 1 single spot on his back. 1 day pause. Then 5-6 spots on the chest. And then on day 4 the fist real chickenpox rash. So for us your day 4 is our day 6. Overall good appetite, almost no fever but extremely moody, cranky and annoyed. He does not seem to be too itchy so far (hope it stays that way). The GP says our case is medium severe, but I think it is still no big deal. So to all stressed parents out there - don't worry too much - this too shall pass :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-197235145511397731.post-54370702230797022102023-09-03T16:02:21.273+01:002023-09-03T16:02:21.273+01:00So pleased this has helped you find peace. So glad i came across it, my girl is probably day 4.
Last night was horrific for her can't see her take another one of those.
Hoping tonight is better 🤞🏻
I found for her last night, the only thing to give relief was Eurax anti itch cream. Dabbed that on and seemed to settle her for a while.
Waiting for 20 month old son to be next in the firing line! 😩
Thanks again, going to try the bicarb bath, is that to help dry the spots do you know? Slight fever today but unless you saw the spots on her back you wouldn't think there's anything wrong.
This is the second time for us as 12 days ago my 6 year old had it. She was unwell for 48 hrs before any spots appeared and by day 3 in the afternoon was starting to feel unwell. Then day 4 and 5 she broke out a lot more complained of feeling sick with a headache etc. By day 7 she was over it with most starting to scab and no new break outs.
I knew my toddler would get it soon.
But I'm just hoping she carries on the way she is....i know there's probably worse to come in the next day or so though 😟Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-197235145511397731.post-17695997300949153862018-02-04T09:48:19.461+00:002018-02-04T09:48:19.461+00:00Thank you for your message, I do hope your little ...Thank you for your message, I do hope your little girl is now over the worst of it.
