Resin Starter Pack Review

Following on from my post on where to buy jewellery pieces, I am now the proud owner of Jewellery Maker's Resin Starter Took Kit.

I've created a short video below to show you everything you get in your pack, and I was very impressed with all the goodies received.  You basically are sent everything you need to make yourself 6 different pendants and a couple of pairs of earrings - to me, that is a fantastic deal to get you into Resin Jewellery!

After I unpacked everything I immediately want to create pendants with no real knowledge of what I was doing, BUT, I was very good and got the video out to watch.  I'm SO glad I did!

If you purchase this pack, do watch the video, this isn't like buying a wardrobe and fitting it without instructions, thinking you could just 'get it' as you go along!  The video will give you all the tips and ideas you need to make your pendants and have you all excited and raring to go by the time you've watched it all.

I've pretty much followed the tutorial on the DVD for my first resin attempt and I must say - I'm pretty proud of myself!

So how did I find it all? Fab!  I love the idea of mixing the colours, making your own patterns AND you can add materials such as sequins, finds and images.

My mind is already racing with how I can incorporate all the marvel images to the pendants as well as maybe making personalised images for family and friends.

And obviously, the good thing about is there is a whole range of Resin products to top up my kit with once I get to grips with the pendants.

I do love the red on this pendant.

So, what do you think?  Have you tried Resin Jewellery before?  I was very impressed with how easy and quick to pick up it is.  I may even make one as a giveaway.

Disclaimer: I received the resin starter kit from Jewellery Maker to review.
The above wording is all my own and not influenced by products received.
