Funtime Gifts Flying Bees

Funtime Gifts have released their new Flying Bees toy, which embodies the essence of Bees - superfast mayhem!

These crazy little bees can be purchased from Wicked Uncle and are absolute mayhem.

These bright, palm-sized bees need a quick charge before use.  They take 25 minutes to charge and last for 8 minutes of flight time, and whilst that doesn't sound a lot, that is 8 minutes of carnage in my opinion.

It took me longer to get to grips with this little winged menace, so I strongly advise you familiarise yourself with the instructions before handing over to your child - that is where the carnage will come in.  It really is like trying to catch a bee if you don't review what you have. I may or may not be speaking from experience!

The flying bee comes with a spare wing.  At first, I thought I was missing where to place it, but after trying to catch the thing in flight, my son chasing after it, and the dog barking as it flew up and then down the stairs, I can see why we needed the spare!

You hold the base of the bee, allow the wings to start spinning (very fast, but not enough to hurt anyone), then release it.  Off it goes!  As it begins to bob back down, you place your hand underneath and it rises again.  I don't know how to stop this thing yet, so I just grab it.  Not what you're meant to do.

If nothing else, this will give you hours of laughs just trying to control it, as I said at the beginning, total mayhem and not for the weak

I was given two bees for this review.  One to review and one to give to my local charity, so the second bee will be going to the Community Hub down my street that helps subsidise food shopping and gifts for local families.
