Be Your Best Self: Life Skills for Unstoppable Kids

Be Your Best Self is an exciting new book for children – it’s a comprehensive framework that encourages children to raise their aspirations and turn exciting dreams into a reality.  It’s a thought-provoking career tool, a vital people skills asset and a modern-day confidence builder.

This book is a recipe for success, happiness and esteem and children can use it as an engaging life-hack and a way to empower themselves and create their own opportunities and go on to lead bright and successful futures as well as make the most of the opportunities they already have.

Watch co-authors Danielle Brown MBE and Nathan Kai (7 years old) talking about their fantastic new book: Be Your Best Self:

Aren't they inspiring!

Our thoughts on Be Your Best Self

Whilst this is a book written for children, it also serves as a great guide and aid for you to read with your child.
You are unique in the book be your best self

The book has 114 pages to help your child be their best self, from kindness to eating well, to people skills.

It covers questions that children ask all the time and how best to answer them.

Aimed at children aged 8+ this is a great guide to getting children focused on their goals.  It's never to early to have goals and ambitions and there are no wrong goals.
Bear Grylls quotes in be your best self

My son has just completed his first-ever cross-country run with no training or guidance from the school, and whilst he did struggle with pacing, after the event he asked if he can do it again next year.   We are going to use this book as a guide to setting a goal.  Use visualisation techniques, stay focused and how to relax before a big day.

Be Your Best Self is a book I plan to read gradually with Max, after all, we all could do with a little guidance in our lives.

Nathan Kai pioneered then jointly wrote this book when he was only seven years old. Why? Because this AMAZING book should have been on the shelves, and he desperately wanted to have it for Christmas, but it didn’t exist (then...). He’s a member of MENSA, is the world’s youngest published self-development author, a public motivational speaker and an elite athlete (a multi-National and European Champion medallist in jiu-jitsu). He’s also a Grade 4 pianist, child model, linguist and a thoroughly awesome person. He’s delighted that the book is out for you to learn these tips for success and happiness and to go on and BE YOUR BEST SELF!
